Landing is an innovative approach to the housing crisis in mountain communities. By identifying second homeowners who hold the key to a large inventory of underutilized housing and matching them with vetted renters, Landing is closing the housing gap one home at a time. We wanted to create a brand that would inspire trust in this new platform. We worked to maximixe the limited startup budget by curating a collection of open source photography and iconography to establish an authentic brand. And by pairing warm colors with a clean mark and a friendly serif typeface for communication materials, Landing feels welcoming to both frustrated renters and hesitant homeowners alike.
